I walk fearfully forward
floor of marble
walls of black
red carpet path beneath My feet
Door at the end
looming dauntingly before Me
the barrier of all My fears
holding back daemons
holding back memories
Mind reeling
body rigid
arm outstreached
open the door

OK, I know, sounds kinda emo. I wrote this when I was in a stage of having really bad nightmares about mistakes I had made in the past and just needed to let go off. I learned from them, I just needed to move on and oddly enough this piece actually helped Me realize that.. after the fact of course.
